From the info about the trusts, it seems that nothing on the trust documents created by Randall is treated as being confidential. It is accessible to whoever, while it is on the internet.

I would like to use only so called "Cooperative" Banks (would correspond to Credit Union type in US). What questions should I ask them, for me to know if they can or would be willing to open an account?

Is there some special reason why some banks accept and others do not? Or is the possible refusal due only to the fact that they just don't know how the Private Common Law Trust works?
It is the latter -- as you have said -- they are usually not educated in common law.
